Avant was founded by Moh Baaghil, who has more than 15 years in digital marketing across agency, in-house, and brand roles. As Vice President of Digital Strategy and eCommerce at a hotel management company, he led digital strategy for a portfolio of more than 80 hotels, built its business intelligence setup, and grew direct bookings to 70% of the mix. Before that, at a digital agency, he managed campaigns for more than 60 clients with seven-figure annual budgets.
Today Avant oversees and manages Google Ads for multi-property multifamily portfolios, often alongside other agencies. The work is the same in both industries: make the data correct, then make the spend follow it.
